  • Saratoga and North Creek Railroad – A new tourist and Amtrack-connected railroad has taken over the Upper Hudson River Railroad in North Creek.  The new Saratoga and North Creek Railroad offers daily service to and from Saratoga and North Creek with on-board food service and dome cars.
  • Veteran’s Memorial Highway/ Prospect Mountain – Enjoy a beautiful 5 1/2 mile drive to the 2030 foot summit of Prospect Mountain ($10/car). Three separate overlooks provide sweeping views of the Lake and the surrounding area – on a clear day you can see 100 miles! A nature trail and picnic facilities await you at the top. Enter the highway from Route 9 right in the Village. By the way – there is a very nice hiking trail to the summit as well.
